The apple(s) is/are _____________ the box(es).
Today we will learn the prepositions. As you can see in the previous picture, we will use a preposition depends on where is the apple located.
We can practise with our partner. One has to point one of the pictures and the other must answer with the correct preposition. For example, if one points the first picture on the left, the other should answer "The apple is on the box".

From my point of view, it is a fantastic activity to teach prepositions. On the one hand, I think the first part is very interesting for the first contact with prepositions and doing it in pairs is a good idea also to practice speaking skills. On the other hand, I must say that the second part is really good, because the students are practicing the use of the preposition in real situations in their lives.
